All orders are typically processed to ship within 24-48 hours on standard business days (Monday through Sunday).

Our average shipping time within Thailand is 2-3 business days. We ship orders via Kerry Express from Thailand.

Please remember that external factors outside our control may impact delivery timing but your unique tracking link provided at shipping will keep you updated.

We will ship via DHL to nearly all of our international locations and all international shipments are sent from our warehouse in Thailand.

Customs Fees and VAT Charges

The customer is responsible for all potential customs fees and rates.

If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs. If you want a refund on your order, please contact us at support@fruiting-body.com.

Fruiting Body is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at customs. If customs refuses a package, sends it back to us, and we receive it back from customs, we can issue you a refund for the order only if we receive the package back and if the contents are in sellable condition.

In the event the package is not returned to us by customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue you a refund. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.

International orders/shipments may be subject to the possible opening of packages and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery.

Fruiting Body is not responsible for orders that are held up at customs, damaged by customs, or refused entrance by customs due to this process.

NOTE: Possible custom and duty charges will occur especially for International and customers. These charges will be determined based on the retail value of the products and not on discounted or sales prices.

How do I track my order?

All tracking information is sent via email when your package has shipped. If you are unable to find this email, please contact us at orders@fruiting-body.com, and we are happy to send your tracking over!

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to our Consumer Support Team right away at support@fruiting-body.com

NOTE: that once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at support@fruiting-body.com. We have a money-back guarantee, and we are happy to issue a product refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Price-Adjustments for Sales

If Fruiting Body changes the price of any items due to a sale or promotion within 5 calendar days from the date you placed your order, please feel free to reach out to us to request a refund or credit for the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price.

*Please note that the money-back guarantee is valid up to 20 days after your purchase. If the purchase is past 20 days, online credit can be issued.
